Technical-exciting-powerfull

These guys are amazing. You gotta check out a class. it is a total body workout. i was sore for a week afterward. the music was fun and lively. the brazilian instructor was a little hard to understand and seemed strict at first. but after class i talked with him and he seemed real nice and knowlegable. stay after the beginner class and watch the more advanced students. it is amazing to watch them spin and sway. acrobatic movements like you've never seen. plus they all play instruments and sing. the first class is free with a small donation. everything was well worth the seven dollars i donated
