We Love Furever Pets!

Great customer service and excellent variety in pet food, toys and apparel! The staff are very sweet and knowledgable and spoil our dogs the minute we walk in the door! We wont shop for dog food anywhere else and recommend all our friends here!

Excellent Pet store

Love this pet store and am writing to contrast earlier estimation that the stores service is poor. I think the earlier review is due to an individual customer being upset by her individual circumstance. Frankly, I can't imagine a friendlier,more service oriented staff. I started going here to get special dog food for an elderly dog and i just love it. When I saw that someone wrote that Furever had bad service I had to protest! My experience is that I can't imagine having better service!

OVERPRICED DOG PRODUCTS --- POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

I recently visited Furever Pets and was shocked by their significantly higher prices on the EXACT same products sold in other dog boutiques such as Lexi Dog and other high-end retailers. Some examples...Buddy Wash was priced at $10.50 when it is $2.00 less at Lexi Dog and Pearl Hardware...Merrick Flossies are $1.20 more at $3.49 when other stores charge $2.29 each...MuttLuk XXS dog boots priced at $43 and can be found for $32-$38 at other dog boutiques.

When I asked the owner, Simon, about these high prices he commented that he has a smaller store (he just double the size of his boutique a few months ago) and "that people will pay it to support local businesses." In today's economy, that is not a very good attitude or assumption!

Lastly, I did buy two items and had to return them because they did not fit correctly. I paid with my credit card and Furever Pets staff informed me they could not put the credit back on my card because it cost them a fee so they gave me a cash refund instead. They definitely did NOT care about how inconvenient that is for me as I then have to take the time/trouble to deposit the money into my account so I can pay my credit card bill. This is POOR customer service!

Best Pet Store ever....

Truly and inspiration for small businesses. Symon and his staff are knowledgable, personable and approachable. As a former retailer this store pumps the energy and excitement into every move. From the killer store windows to the innovative merchandise this is a retailer that can suceed in any economy plus they make it fun to shop. Cool merchandise, reasonable prices and in a world of a down economy they are expanding and growning there business. Pop in and see why! Love you guys and thanks your advise on my new puppy was invaluable. Keep up the great work.

Simple but High-End

Furever Pets seems kind of like a high-end boutique, but when you look around you can tell that it needs a little work. I mean, the clothes and collars and dog treats are nice, but maybe a bit over the top. Does a dog really need a pink, fuzzy coat saying, 'Queen of Everything' ? And I wanted an engraved tag for my dog, but the guy said it would take five days before I even got the tag, which was a bit frustrating. But the people are nice, and I definetly will go back there for my puppy's next pink fuzzy coat.

Badass customer service, obvious love for dogs, radical product inventory!

These folks are serious about dogs! They were very cool and friendly to me and my new puppy. They helped me pick out my items withOUT being abrasive or "sales-y" with me.

Their product inventory is wonderful - great clothing line, EXCELLENT dog beds (love the Tiger Dreamz), many many toys and collars offered in a range of prices - anyone can afford to come into this place! Not snobby; the people here are also not out of touch - there is a feeling of belonging no matter what kind of dog you have or life you lead.

A mecca for furry, four-legged creatures and the humans who love them.

In Short
There's nothing ho-hum about this upper-crust pet shop. They not only stock out-of-the-ordinary gear for cats and dogs (super-stylish collars and homemade dog treats, for example) but the store's sleek design seems more like a high-end clothing boutique than your average dusty warehouse full of rawhide and scratching posts.

This place is just someplace to visit when you are feeling blue. Even if you DON'T have pets! Symon and his crew are so kind, helpful & knowledgable. A fun place to shop and I get the best information on up-to-the-minute animal care hints & tips.

Pet Shopping Galore

The owner, Simon, not only knows which of my pets like to wear what color but he keeps track of which pet food and suppliments I am buying for each of them.

The staff is so knowledgeable and willing to help find exactly what I am looking for each of my pets. They even special ordered the most stylish rain coat for my extra-large greyhound...yes, envy of the neighborhood.

They also just started carrying a new line of sighthound collars, martingdale styled...and they are so cool...yes I bought more than one...Plus they gave us the best recommendation for a pet sitter!
