I am always impressed by the selection at Bella Moda but this season might be the best. I was looking for a pair of Italian knee high boots and walked out with 1 from Turkey, 1 from Peru and 1 from Italy. Who could ask for more. Next pay check I will stock up on some shoes! So many countries so little time! I never get that level of customer service any where else. Even the male staff is completely up to date on the latest fashion trends. Thank you Bella Moda for finally bringing Portland up to date with the rest of the world!

Pros: Great location, great prices, SUPERIOR STAFF

Cons: There aren't more stores around Oregon!

I have an obsession with shoes and I have shopped other places but none compare to bella moda. They have beautiful shoes from all over the world - especially my favorite ITALY!

I shop here regularly and love it! Whenever I wear my shoes from Bella Moda, I ALWAYS get compliments...and people are always wanting to know where I got my shoes. The best part is the prices- Italian-made shoes I can afford! I always recommend Bella Moda to all of my friends.

Pros: Great selection, great price, great service

Cons: The parking police downtown!

This weekend was my third time into Bella Moda and it won't be my last! I've been in love with this store since I discovered it last Summer. The shoes are absolutely darling and the prices are great- especially considering they're made in Italy! But most of all I'm impressed with the staff. The girl who helped me was fantastic. Very sweet and conversational and happy to bring me all the shoes I wanted to try on. She was the same girl that helped me the last time I came in. This store sets the standard for stylish shoes and great service!

Great shoes, great people ! I visit this shoe store quite often and they always have a nice and very affordable selection of shoes. The sales are fantastic too ! The staff is very helpful and friendly ! Certainly my favorite shoe store in Oregon !

I keep getting there too late for the sales... they need a spotlight with the silhouette of a shoe aimed at the clouds to let us know to get our visas down there. They've been a great store and have a wide selection of Haviana flip flops year round. Her two sons are employed there as well so for the younger ladies to know, they are VERY HANDSOME!

Catherine the owner has been absolutely fabulous to both myself and my daughter when we visit. My daughter usually cant afford to buy shoes for herself, but her employees bring everything to her. I have had a couple quality issues, but she literally takes them to the local cobbler in nob hill and covers the cost. It is a business quality you never see anymore in cities.

The quality of the product that I purchased wasn't acceptable and the owner wouldn't stand behind her product.

Based on my recent bad experience, this merchant doesn't stand behind her products and her customer service skills are sorely lacking. For dependable quality, reliability and ongoing customer service, my advice is to stick with Nordstrom.

I am so thankful for Bella Moda Designs. Finally a shoe store that has AMAZING customer service! I feel like royalty. The staff is so friendly and helpful. They know everything about their shoes! If you want the latest fashion in shoes and a wonderful shopping experience in the Pearl District (or anywhere) than go to Bella Moda Designs!!

Pros: Best customer service, Beautiful Shoes!, One of a kind!
