The quality of the product that I purchased wasn't acceptable and the owner wouldn't stand behind her product.

This is the same person who wrote the review on 3/1/06 under a different name.
This customer knowingly purchased a pair of boot which were not only too small of a size but a narrow cut for her wide foot.
After we repaired them the same problem of a burst sole seam manifested itself and she complained again and this was 5 months after she purchased them.
I would like to have this review removed as she was extremely beligerant and threatening and we did do everything possible to try and fix the problem she created for herself.
