Such a chill place to go to. Great intimate atmosphere, service was awesome. The happy hour is pretty good too. I'd recommend as an after work hang out, or just a chill night on the town.

$2 Well drinks!

I went here with a group of 8 on a Friday evening in time for their happy hour that ran until 8pm. The waitress was attentive to our empty glasses and the food we ordered came out in a timely manner and was piping hot. It is really dark inside and hard to see when you walk in, but your eyes will adjust. And you can't beat $2 whiskey and sodas!

• Pros: Did I mention $2 well drinks? Attentive staff
• Cons: Very low lighting

Great easy going Environment

Love the lighting and the music. Very personal and easy going atmosphere Great happy hour prices. Not the best location but its worth the trip.

Nice Chill atmosphere

This place is so dark with red highlights, I find it hard to navigate, but that's what I like about it. You're put out of your atmosphere. It's small, it's got interesting elements, mirrors, concrete, plastic space-egg chairs. I like it. The low bar is a pretty interesting experience too.

• Cons: Hard to navigate in the dark, or with too many drinks in you.

Mellow & laid-back

I just moved to oldtown & been exploring places lately. Cool, laid-back spot good for a weeknight drink. I went there on a thursday night & loved the music. Great for a mellow evening. However, I went in on a tuesday night too & did not like the music much that night.

Great place for a chill drink

This place is one of my favs: the dim, red lighting, chill music they spin, and the cozy, intimate space all make it a great place for a chill drink. They also have some decent happy hour specials. I would highly recommend this place for an after-work cocktail, or for a pre-func before you go out. Downside though: the specialty drinks are average at best, and the food is really sub-par Asian-fusion fare (they even found a way to screw up edamame... waaay too much salt).

The Scene
Think downtown cocktail lounge, with a touch of '80s chic and ski-lodge style--but in a good way. Cut-out, egg-shaped chairs surround low chrome-and-black glass tables in the mirror-ceilinged front room. Raw wood beams throughout the dark space feel more ski lodge than industrial, and work well to soften the mod aesthetic. A crowd of well-dressed drinkers makes for a very of-the-moment flavor.

The Draw
Well-thought out cocktails, like the Blackberry Kazi, a berry-laced version of the popular kamikaze, and good sake served chilled stand out on an appealing drink list. Asian-leaning food choices include simple, flavorful curries--red, green or yellow--as well as excellent appetizers like hum bao (steamed pork buns) and savory, filling pot stickers. Skip the edamame, which, curiously, are cooked without salt and arrive remarkably bland.
