Never Calls Back To Schedule Appointments!!

Very disappointed. I called to schedule an appointment several times for me and my husband and finally gave up. I don't care how good the reviews are, if the customer service aspect is nonexistant then the great hands on means nothing since the experience never comes to be!!
Pros: Not sure never got 1 phone call back
Cons: They never call you back!!
