I would definately recommend Chelsea at this salon. I had a wonderful experience. The salon is small but comfortable and bright! There was no pressure to buy product which I appreciate. I do think the prices are higher than standard for the type of service provided.

Pros: Good atmosphere and skilled professionals.

Cons: Price, Price, Price
