I called this company based on reviews I read here, and was not dissapointed. These guys worked miracles on an aged pet stained carpet nobody else would touch. They're prompt, friendly, and polite, and no matter whatever coupons or discounts the chain places offer, this company is a bargain. They will stay and work on your carpet until the best possible result is achieved. I will definitely call them again, and have already reccomended them to a bunch of friends.
