Bliss out.

The Pointe Day Spa was the perfect birthday outing, a surprise from my wife. The massage was both relaxing and highly therapeutic. And my first ever pedicure (yep, pedicure, guys you ought to try it) from Tina was both expert and soothing. I appreciated Tina's gentle touch, great sense of humor and skill. We will be back.

Amazing massages!

I just had a massage with Janet and it was the best I ever had! She listened to what I needed and proceeded to take care of it beyond my expectations. The ambience was perfect: lavender scented oil, dim lighting, freakishly clean, heated massage table, and she even gave me suggestions to do when I'm home.

Great service, staff and products

My many experiences at the Pointe Day Spa have all been wonderful. The staff is incredibly helpful and their products are outstanding. My skin is in better shape now than I ever thought it could be - thank you Rebecca & Yonka!

I also enjoy utilizing the health clubs locker room service before my appointments. I can take a steam or sit in a sauna to unwind before my massage to get the most out of it. Don't forget to ask for your complimentary tea/wine or mimosa before your appointment - those help the relaxing process as well:)

Best facials!

I have been receiving facials & other spa services for many years now and the service & treatment I have been given at The Pointe is unsurpassed. I've seen two different estheticians there and both are incredibly knowledgeable and have a great talent for skin care. Front desk staff is always quick with a smile, ambiance is comfortable, and I love being given the choice of a nice cup of hot tea or a glass of wine or even a mimosa! Also a bonus is the spa uses two different product lines for skin care, both of which I love! Waxing is as comfortable as it gets, massage therapists are super and the nail technicians are friendly and personable. I've purchased gift cards for several friends/family members and they all seem to have the same wonderful experience I have each time I am there. Thank you so much Pointe Day Spa!

My Pedicure Place

Hi, I highly recommend Tina at the Pointe Day Spa for your next pedicure. Tina is my pedicurist for a year and half now and I am not seeing anybody else but her for my nails services. She has been the best pedicurist I have ever been with. The staff are warm and welcoming. I will be back!

• Cons: Poor booking systems, don't like having to call to the call center for booking appointments

Beautiful spa, kind staff. It's just too bad they don't seem to stay. Appointments lost, mismatched sandals, gossip among athletic club members.

I really like Laura for facials.She is kind and has great technique. I am a member of this club and in the past have had terrible service from the spa staff . now I will return because of the convenience and for the new staff. with" new attitudes" and better skills.

Painless waxing!

I have been waxing my underarms and eyebrows for a few years now and was recently forced to find a new spa to have it done in. I was sceptical at first because I was so used to my girl but the waxing I received at the Pointe at Riverplace was great. Almost painless! Those girls are really skilled! I'm very happy with my new esthetician and highly recommend the Pointe for waxing services.

Very Relaxing

I have been to a lot of spas and really loved this one!! The staff was very friendly. I had an amazing peticure from Tina and Amanda does a great job waxing eyebrows!!
