Service Slipping

I have frequently rec'd pedicures at Poshe with little issues in the past. This Saturday however it seems to me the customer service is in a decline with little regard. On Saturday I scheduled a pedicure and haircut appt, my husband went in with me and he also was able to get a haircut appt. As I got my pedi he was getting his hair cut, during the HC the stylist dropped the clippers on the floor, picked them back up and continuted to shave his neck. Unfortunately the clippers had broken during the fall and she proceeded to cut up the back of my husbands neck, he stopped her immediately but it was pretty tore up. She replaced the guard, finished the haircut and my husband paid for all of services and no discount was given for the neck incident. I waited for my haircut and after it was done left the salon to go next door and wait for my husband. Within minutes someone from Poshe ran over and accused me of leaving and not paying (again, my husband had paid all services prior). I went back over there and she found the reciept and aplogized, however said that my haircut was more than the standard due to length and proceeded to charge me an additional $4.50. I was amazed after cutting my husbands neck, accusing me of stealing and a 20% tip for all services they would really charge me another $4.50. It was outrageous and very poor judgement if you ask me. I won't be going back and I've been there for more than 2 years. I think that all the rave reviews are starting to go to their heads- time to get back to reality.

Finally found a hairstylist

I've tried hairstylist after hairstylist for the last year. I looked on city search and found that Poshe is one of the best and Sheril was highly recommended. My hair turned out great and I will definitely be back.

Poshe is Great

I have a few friends who have been going to Poshe' and they have telling me to go here for a while now. Why I waited, I don't know. I finally came in to get my hair cut and colored and I was lucky enough to get Sheril. She gave me the best color I have had in years and fixed my last hair cut. Now I feel like I actually have a style! Thanks to Sheril.

- The team is professional and they do fantastic jobs.

- The salon’s atmosphere feels warm in the winter & cool in the summer. Because, it is filled with friendly people & great services.

If you live in Hillsboro OR area, I highly recommend going to Poshe's Salon. The staff there is skilled and they love what they do. You can enjoy the moment while you are there and see the result at the end of the service.

I Highlly recommend this salon to everyone. The service is great, the ambiance is relaxing and TONY is one of the best Hairmasters I have ever met=) I traveled alot and have gone to many hair Salons but POSHE is one of the Best salons I have ever been to. The color and styles that is created in this place is Awesome!!!

Best Nails in the Northwest!!!

Best Nails I have ever had! They last long, look great, always lots of colors and styles to choice fun. I can have plain clean looking nails or fancy sparkly night time nails. Always quality and professional. They know you by name and are always very welcoming.
