European flavor and unique shops. Bridgeport Village is a wonderful shopping experience. Yes the parking is horrible, but don't let that deter you from enjoying the wonderful shops and dining establishments. Shop in the off peak times or during the week to find ample parking. Tuesday and Wednesday are particularly good days to find easy parking, especially in front of Wild Oats. There is a good balance between great National stores like Design Within Reach and Crate and Barrel and small locally owned and unique stores like Urbane Zen and Lexi Dog. Overall I give it an A+.

Overcrowded, difficult access, and HORRIBLE parking. Don't waste your time here. It's extremely difficult to get in and out of this poorly planned shopping center, and the traffic problems will only get worse when the new mall across the street is completed. Yes, they do have a parking structure, but it's located at the rear of the place and you have to try and get through all of the other people driving 'round and 'round the front parking lot. There are PLENTY of other nice stores and malls in the area with convenient access.

weird layout, liked the Japanese restaurant.. I am from Seattle and we went to Bridgeport Village the week before Christmas when we were staying in downtown Portland for the weekend. It was so packed we could not find parking, as expected for holiday. It is not as charming as I am sure the developers planned. Too much mixed traffic with pedestrian areas, no nice plants, buffer zones or nice places to sit. They have a plaza by Tommy Bahama, but it is pretty weak. Layout is not very smart, as large blocks of stores are seperated by parking lot, so you get little islands of stores. Why would they put a movie theater here? The theater must hurt the parking situation on busy days. The whole place has a circus atmosphere with upscale shops and tons of restaurants to choose from. Reminds me of a new housing development more than a shopping center. Not a very relaxing day. They had an excellent Japanese restaurant there near the theater, but I did not know the name of it. We had a great meal there and I liked the atmosphere. I hoped it would have it's own entry here, but I did not see it.

Best Shopping Experience. Bridgeport Village has turned into our favorite "go-to" place for everything from shopping, dining, movies and happy hour to even enjoying live local entertainment. You have to check out their Summer Concert Series every Thursday night through the summer! Not only do they bring in great performers, but they also offer complimentary wine tasing. With the unique mix of stores including Apple, OR Scientific, Patrick James and The Vital Barbershop, even my husband enjoys spending an afternoon of shopping there - especially when we end up at the theater! To the comment about being cold at the Valet stand - the times I've been there in inclimate weather there have been large outdoor heaters at each of the valet areas that worked pretty well in keeping us warm while we waited for our car. And when they initially opened there seemed to be a lack of parking available; however, for the past several months we have found ample parking even on the weekend!

European-style shopping center offers upscale stores, including many national chains, and a selection of restaurants and cafes.. In Short
A mix of local, regional and national shops, this shopping center offers all the big names in apparel, shoes, accessories, home furnishings and more. Bridgeport Village is home to the only Crate & Barrel and Z Gallerie located between San Francisco and Seattle. Other stores include Cole Haan, Design Within Reach, Anthropologie, BCBG Max Azria, Apple Store and Wild Oats Natural Marketplace.

Prettiest mall in the area. This is a very beautiful outdoor mall. There are many shops here that you can't find anywhere else in the area, such as Crate & Barrel and Z Gallerie. The parking can be difficult, but many people don't know that there is a parking garage that you can almost always find spots in. In fact, on the weekends they shuttle the employees in from an offsite parking facility just so there is enough parking for shoppers.

A nice young man parked my car for me!. Even though this place is a little up-scale for me I really enjoyed the atmosphere and the parking attendants are so nice and quick. I only wish that the would give those poor boys a heater. It was cold at their station and I was cold while I got out of and into my car.

Another mall, another mess. Horrible parking arrangement- expect to spend at least 15 minutes just looking for a parking spot relatively close to where you want to shop and another 15 minutes waiting for pedestrians. This place is not for shoppers who have a list and want to get in and out quickly. This place is for shoppers who like to stroll around aimlessly outside on a rainy day.
