Kay has the ability to listen on many levels to provide the highest health and wellbeing. She holds whatever my intention is throughout the session with heart and soul.

I was completely balanced and felt an opening in all my chakras especially my heart and crown. My 3rd eye opened up and I left with a clarity I had not known before.

Caring, Gentle and Talented

I absolutely recommend Kay. She is amazing as she explains everything she is doing and looking for. She is always very thorough and she happily answers all my questions.

On my first treatment, I was a bit skeptical about the needles but when the needles went in, I didn't even feel them! And for the first time in ... I really can't remember - I felt true relaxation. With every inhale/exhale, I felt a new stress leave, which was the goal of this session.

I also loved that I could schedule online through her website.

If you haven't tried acupuncture yet but have been wanting to, give Kay a call!

Kay Quickly Gets to the Heart of What Matters!

I was prepared to get stern lectures about giving up the foods I love and torturing myself with extreme exercise programs. The last thing I expected to hear when I sought help losing weight was that I needed to stop to smell the roses and be kinder to myself, but that's what Kay figured out in record time during our very first meeting. It is so true it brought tears to my eyes! I am continuing to lose weight easily and naturally, and I give Kay a lot of credit for her stress reducing ideas and soothing acupuncture treatment..

• Cons: Wish I had insurance, because her office accepts it!

Wonderful Acupuncturist

I went to Kay to deal with both physical and emotional issues and low energy. She has been really helpful with all of it. I have worked with acupuncturists before so I knew in general what to expect and what I could get from the experience. I knew that treatment would be a process and not a simple fix taking only one treatment.

I am working with Kay weekly and my health is improving, my allergies are better than they have been in decades, she is really helping with my emotional issues and supporting me in getting my strength back and my energy back on track.

I highly recommend her.

Best Accupuncturist Ever

Kay Fields is a special person.

I began seeing her for serious chronic TMJ pain that would keep me awake at night and make my days miserable. After just one session I felt substantially better. After five visits I am pain free and have been for months!

Kay's wholistic approach, warmth and optimistic spirit, along with her comfortable office put me at ease immediately. Her qualifications speak for themselves. To have found her is a Godsend.

I have recommended her to others and will continue to do so. She's the best practicioner one can hope to find.

Kay is my "Miracle Worker"

I was in search of an acupuncturist and called Kay after reading the rave reviews on Citysearch - 4 weeks later ... I have joined her fan club!!

I began seeing Kay for a variety of issues and in the short time I have been working with her, she has helped me tremendously!! My overall health has improved, energy levels are soaring and I am loosing weight, hooray!

Kay's office is warm and cozy and her gentle and professional disposition immediately puts you at ease. I look forward to my visits - my mind, body and soul feel rejuvenated when I leave her office.

I have recommended Kay to many friends and I would hope anyone interested in acupuncture will call Kay!!

My primary care...

Kay is God-send, my primary care. She held me together last 5 months going through death march at work. Suffering TMJ, Ulcer, Lower back & Shoulder pain. Needless (no pun) say I was mess before I met her. Not only she diagnose/treated above symptoms, she literally changed my outlook on life.

Highly recommend routine visit especially those over-worked high tech professionals.

Best Acupuncturist in Portland!

I have been going to Kay Fields for acupuncture treatments for ten months now for treatment of chronic pain and PTSD and she is phenomenal! Her holistic approach, inner calm and wisdom have helped me regain my health and well-being. Kay is a gifted healer whose techniques are truly beneficial to the mind, body, and psyche. Each session leaves me feeling more and more grounded and centered.

She works wonders

I had a bad experience with my first acupuncturist and was wary about trying it again. Im glad I did. Kay was wonderful. She worked with me and based what she was doing on my individual problems. She was very patient and worked with me and my crazy insurance company to make sure all my needs were met. I highly recommend her and acupuncture!

Best acupuncturist I have been to!!

I recently went to Kay for general fatigue as well as a sudden acne breakout on my shoulders (something was was rather embarrassed about ). Her warm nature and cozy office immediately made me feel comfortable. I have been to several acupuncturists over the years and I found Kay to have a the perfect combination of confidence and compassion. She also took the time to educate me about some lifestyle changes and answer my questions throughly. In fact I have never had an acupuncturist explain the treatments as she did. It truly helped me to understand the needle placement etc...something that always seemed a mystery to me. She was very gentle and checked in with me throughout the treatment. I left her office with more energy and my head felt 10 times clearer. I also left with the feeling that the acne was a simple imbalance that could be overcome not an ugly burden. In fact a week later my acne is almost completely gone and I only had one treatment!!!! Thank you KAY!!!
