Best Facials Anywhere!

Fresh is one of my favorite places in Portland and it is the only place in Portland that I would get a facial, not to mention waxing. I have gotten facials for years at other skin care salons in Portland and Seattle and I was never fully satisfied so a friend told me I should try Fresh a couple of years ago and that was it for me. I've not been anywhere else since! Fresh is the kind of place that can instantly put a smile on your face no matter what kind of mood you are in. It is always extremely clean, relaxing and all the girls who work there are fantastic! Fresh has the most experienced aestheticians in the Northwest and their product knowledge is truly amazing. I honestly can't say enough great things about Fresh and the women who work there! My advise is to make an appointment immediately, I promise you won't regret it!

Jackie is the best!

After my esthetician quit over a year ago, I began my search for someone new. It's so difficult trying to find someone with experience, knowledge and quality skin care products. I fnally made an appointment with Jackie after reading several great reviews about her on citysearch. She is, by far, one of the best skin care specialists in Portland and has been in the business for years! She asked a lot of questions about my lifestyle and skin, listened carefully to my concerns and was very personable! My face was very congested after a long year of neglected skin care, but today my face looks incredible! The products and masks she used worked miracles- I definitely reccommend the Vitamin C mask, it was so calming after the extractions and made my skin feel so firm. Great Nurse Practitioner - I look 5 years younger!!!

Fresh has Elizabeth, a very skilled and kind Nurse Practitioner. She discussed aging and what treatments would be best for my skin. After receiving Botox and a dermal filler, I truly look younger. Medical skin care products are also available that work - what a great experience and results! I will ABSOLUTELY be back. The spa is super clean with a friendly staff and fine touches with fresh flowers.

Beautiful salon, amazing service

When I walked into Fresh for the first time, I was amazed at the friendliness of the people working there and their willingness to help me. I had never been to a skin care salon before and was a little intimidated, but the people working there made me feel so welcome and helped me decide what treatment would be best for me. After receiving treatment, I was absolutely blown away by the calming environment and the wonders it did to my skin. I was also incredibly thankful for the products I bought to keep my skin looking the best it ever has. I have since been to a salon while on vacation in LA, and the experience was NOTHING compared to Fresh. Their professionalism, experience and kindness has made me and my friends clients for life.

Dissapointing

I had high hopes after seeing this spa on the Best of list, but it didn't live up to the title. First off, the esthetician was late for my appointment and then started off the facial by talking for twenty minutes straight about her partying, boyfriends and what kind of dog she was getting. While she was gabbing she was just slopping the cleansers on without paying attention to my skin. Her extractions were extremely painful and not gentle at all. I walked out of there with red marks all over my face. My biggest pet peeve in a facial is when the esthetician leaves the room and you're stuck laying there wondering what's going on. She left the room not once by twice! She did okay at massaging, but didn't really use hard enough pressure. All in all, if you're looking for an experienced facialist, this is not the place to go.

Wonderful facial and great service to match!

I've been trying different spots for facials and other services and I had read the reviews on Fresh so decided to give it a try this weekend and what a wonderful treat! I had a facial that lasted for 2 hours and could have gone on forever as far as I was concerned. Kelly did a wonderful job with the extractions but after that it was pure heaven, so relaxing and my skin looked super when she was finished. I can't wait to go back and my searching is finished for skin care services.

Excellent Facials and Waxing

I was a client of the owner, Jackie, for several years and she was integral in treating my problem skin through specialized facials and raising the bar in products and overall skin care. The waxing is great too...Kelly provides a safe, expert level Brazilian. I highly recommend Fresh...the skin care treatments are high quality, the service is gracious and the atmosphere is relaxed, classy and very positive. I have yet to find the same quality of treatments in my new city.

• Pros: Professional staff and classy, clean atmosphere
• Cons: There aren't more Fresh Skin Care Boutiques in other cities!

Great Customer Service

I've had several treatments at FRESH and their customer service goes above and beyond. Eyelash tinting is done careful and meticulous as to not stain you anywhere else and it lasts and lasts. Their facials are heavenly and relaxing, I almost fell asleep. Kati has such a gentle touch and my face feels and looks FRESH!! I always find parking (although it's metered) and they tell me about the new products and services they will be caring, i.e. the lash extentions. I am a devoted client.

Kati is the best! You can't look five feet without seeing offers for facials, but Kati is the best I have ever been to. She is knowledgeable, confident and extremely professional.
