truly healing work

rachel does the best bodywork i have ever had. i've done a lot of massage as a chronic pain patient, and it's always wound up making me more sore, couldn't be over soon enough and i only felt like it helped in an incremental way. rachel's fusion massage changed all that: it was not a boring procedure; it was a miracle. with the combination of the stones, her gentle thai massage stretching of sore muscles, the deep tissue work, the special attention to my jaw, i felt 5x better than when i came in. i fell asleep completely relaxed when i had been having a pain flare. i came back tonight, a week later. feeling lousy but not crashed. she really worked her magic. the way she uses hot stones, it feels like there are five or six sets of hands massaging you at once. i would call what she does bodywork in the sense that it isn't just passive: she uses her hands, the scents and the stones to help you stretch (the thai yoga part) and the music and oils create such a rich sensory experience that it's like intoxication. as a pain patient being worked on by her, i remember what it's like to be without pain. the feeling stays with me a long time afterward. her treatment has been so helpful that i plan to go every week.

Rachel, Thank you soooo much. You have no idea after only one session how much better i feel...while still not 100%, I can actually go about my day-to-day. You have a real talent.

5 stars. my wife got me a gift certificate on line, which im sure she appreciated since we have three children at home. it was a fantastic massage treatment from rachael. As a dentist i have constant back and shoulder issues. she was focused and effective...and not too chatty, which i prefer. all around great experience. she ended with a hot steam towel around my face and did some jaw work. it felt fantastic. i will be referring some of my TMJ clients to Fusion.

Relax, release, go to "another place"

Rachel is an amazing masseuse. Comfortable, relaxing space. I wish I could go every week. Whether you're stressed out, sore or just want some pampering, you will not be disappointed!

fantastically easy gift giving! i love it. sent a massage gift certificate to my sister for her graduation, from fusion's website it arrived to her via email. beautiful design. quick and easy. she frequently gets massages for stress and neck pain, and the one she recieved from rachael at fusion she said was perhaps the best work she's had. i;m pattin myself on the back and going in to see for myself. this will be her signature gift from her big sis from now on.

great recovery from my car accident

i was in an auto accident in jan, and have been treating at fusion. the work is top notch and they bill my insurance for me. also i'm able to get appointment times after work which makes a big difference.

i went to fusion based on all the good reviews i read on city search, and i was so impressed that i had to add mine to the list. PERFECT. it was truly a perfect massage. i'm a nurse and on my feet for twelve hour shifts and both sessions i have had - one from kira and one from rachael - were exactly what my body needed. my lower back felt great (a rare thing) for days after. i'll be back, next sunday as a matter of fact.

Rachael "knows her stuff"

I've been to see Rachael twice now after having previous experiences with other massage therapists that left me sore and feeling exposed. Having body work done requires the client to be somewhat vulnerable, and Rachael does an amazing job of supporting her clients by providing a warm, safe, clean, and relaxing environment to do this work. I have never felt self-conscious or ackward in her presence, and I feel she works hard to attune to my needs when I am in her space. Following both visits, I have left feeling calm, relaxed, and centered. Rachael comes highly recommended.

Finally!! A spa I can relax in!!

I loved getting a massage here. Big time spa chains are impersonal and unwelcoming, more like a massage factory. I would much prefer to go to a place like Fusion where I am treated like individual. I highly recommend Rachael, she was able to really work on trouble spots and give me a lot of stress relief. I like it here because I feel I don't have to be a certain type or act a certain way. I could just be myself. Rachael was interested in me and my needs, but not pushy or fake; really easy to talk to, and gave me the space to relax and enjoy the experience. The massage was wonderful, the space clean and inviting and the people were great. I will return again and again. Thank You!!

relaxing + restorative = ask for Rachael!

My experience at Fusion was truly lovely. The space is intimate, clean and inviting. Rachael was friendly and professional and made me feel completely at ease - and that was before the session even began! She listened to what wanted and combine techniques to address all of my needs. The pressure point work and use of hot stones was awesome. I would recommend Fusion, and Rachael in particular, to anyone who is looking for a relaxing and restorative bodywork experience. Which reminds me... I need to schedule my next appointment!
