i was late. stressed. stuck in traffic. when i finally got to the studio jessica quickly calmed me down. she is so grounded! she offered me tea, did a quick intake and within moments i was on the most comfotable massage table i have ever been on...plush, heated, cozy sheets. anyway, jessica was kind enough to work an extra 15 minutes with me, giving me the full hour, even though it was my fault. its amazing the difference in service you see when someone works for themselves. she was professional and so gifted with her craft. i will be back.
Pros: top quality - small business savvy
Cons: only one appointment at a time. single room studio...maybe an expansion one day???
