I started working out with Celeste in October and I am so pleased with the results! I signed up for personal training because I had basically gotten myself as far as I could go on my own, and I felt like my motivation was starting to slip. When left to my own devices, I will *not* get myself out of bed in the morning to go the gym. Hiring a trainer was the perfect solution and my motivation has never been stronger and I have NEVER looked or felt better. I zip out of bed in the morning to get there on time! One of the first things I learned was how many things I was doing incorrectly! And this after reading plenty of fitness books and magazines. A lot of my aches and pains were coming from lack of balance and core strength, and “cheating” when doing certain moves. Whenever Celeste gently reminds me to lean a little bit forward, or keep my knee over my ankle, I know I’ve been cheating because it’s so much harder! Which brings me to my next point, I never realized what a whining, wheedling, complaining, sniveling person I could be until I started working with a personal trainer. It’s so embarrassing to hear the whimpering out of my mouth. Although my whining has zero effect on her, Celeste isn’t one of those mean and bitchy trainers that make you want to cry. She’s super supportive and says things like, “Just tell yourself it’s easy!” (this only slightly works). Don’t be fooled though - she’s deceptively hard-core. It’s just that when she tells you “only” have five more reps to go, she just says it in a very sweet tone of voice that lets you know that arguing isn’t even really an option. And now when I work out, I’m not watching the clock, I have a LOT more confidence at the gym, and I no longer have school-teacher arms (amazing biceps!). One last thing – the vibe at Life Body Fitness is fantastic. Not only are Celeste and Tiffany supportive and fun, but so are the other clients! It’s such a great motivating atmosphere for working out.

I have been an athlete all my life; I've done triathlons, I've always had a gym membership and I actually WENT. But I fell off the wagon HARD, and became disillusioned with so-called 'personal trainers' at another full-time gym. I came to Tiffany weighing more than I ever thought I could, feeling out of shape, lazy, sad, and convinced I couldn't lose weight because I'd reached my 40s. Tiffany's wonderful personality, incredible motivational skills, and training smarts helped me help myself --- I have lost more than 20 pounds, am zeroing in on my goal, LOVE my workouts, and am actually practicing what I knew all along about eating well, taking care of my body and my spirit, and carrying a positive attitude. LifeBody fittness is more than a place to work out your body, it's a place to change your perspective, and trade your old thought patterns for new, healthier ones that truly do work. There is certainly no miracle solution --- I have worked very hard. While I have been in excellent shape before, I have never been in this complete shape: body, mind, and spirit. Tiffany helped me find that in myself, and LifeBody Fitness gives me a place to practice all those wonderful habits. This is a great gym, no matter your size, your goal, or your perspective - they will help you reach your goals and become a healthier soul!!

I have just completed my first 20 sessions with Celeste at lifeBody fitness and signed up for 20 more! The gym is conveniently located and the environment is positive, never intimidating. Each workout with Celeste is progressive, innovative and never boring! Over the past month I have gained strength, improved flexibility, and noticed a visible change in the way I look. Celeste is a great motivator and I never dread a session, instead I find myself looking forward to each workout.
Pros: Custom Workouts, Great Environment.

I have been training with Tiffany for over a year now. I am a runner. My primary reason for joining was to increase my strength/flexibility and decrease the number of running-induced injuries that I was sustaining. Tiffany quickly identified my areas of weakness and designed a program to target those muscles and strengthen my core. I am stronger, faster and have had no down time due to injuries since starting the program! The gym is clean and well-equipped with both traditional weight sets and the latest fitness trends. Tiffany’s expertise and belief in the power of positive thinking have helped me reach new goals, both physically and mentally.

It was while training to compete in my first triathlon this last year that my wife and I started visiting Tiffany and her facilities. Those twice a week sessions truly helped me in obtaining my goal of finishing my race in a healthy and respectable fashion. We continue to go every week and enjoy every session. Our time with Tiffany has helped us to further our personal goals for a healthier lifestyle through our eating habits and our excersise habits. When you get involved with Life Body Fitness you are making an investment in your future. They will work with you to structure healthy eating habits, healthy excersise habits, and an overall positive outlook on your physical goals as well.
Pros: Comfortable clean facilities.
Cons: You will have to fork out a ton of money for new cloths.

If you are lazy and are a bit afraid of getting started with fitness, like me, consider a private personal trainer like those at lifeBody fitness. I have worked with Tiffany for several months now, and I am better for the experience. I am not a kid anymore, and Tiffany has helped me progress through several stages of fitness with an eye to achieving my goals. Today, I am in better shape than since my 30s. Tiffany is practical about my progress and careful so that I don’t injure myself. She pushes me when I need a push, but never pushes too hard. You won’t be sorry.

My husband and I have been training with Tiffany at LifeBODY Fitness for about 6 months now, and the results have been nothing short of extraordinary. We've both lost weight, gained muscle, and feel amazing. Tiffany has a very real-life approach to exercise and food choices. We've basically overhauled our entire lifestyle, but it was so step-by-step and common sense that now we look back at how we ate/exercised before and can't even believe it. I had to basically discard en entire wardrobe because I was swimming in it. This is after just 6 months, people! Tiffany is encouraging, dynamic, and friendly, and she always knows how to get those last few reps out of you -- the ones that seem to make all the difference. Her facilities are sparkling clean and have up-to-date equipment. I would recommend LifeBODY to anyone who knows what they want and are willing to work hard for it and reap the benefits. Seriously, there's nothing like liking what you see in the mirror to really encourage a positive attitude.
Pros: What's NOT a pro? There's free parking, gorgeous facilities, and the results results results. And then there's the results.

Tiffany has been in my life as a trainer and friend since March of this year, and I would like to pass along my positive experiences since then. Do understand that the “positive experiences” of being chronically sore, writhing in pain after a sneeze due to an abdominal workout three days ago, and being dirt poor because of the new wardrobe I’ve had to buy must be taken in context! The following are some things that can be expected while working with Tiffany: The discovery that your body can sweat from places you never knew sweat came from, like your shins.On the way home, your arms will be too tired to change the radio station. Your clothing budget will increase. You’ll get a sick feeling in the pit of your stomach when Tiffany looks at her evil yellow notepad with a gleam in her eye and says “You’re going to LOVE this one!” You won’t love it right at that moment but you’ll ask her to do it again because it works! You’ll wonder how you can work and laugh so hard at the same time as Tiffany cracks jokes to distract you during those last few excruciating reps. You will never be able to cheat. Tiffany’s unique background, incredible observational skills, and endless knowledge of body mechanics give her the ability to make sure that you get the most out of every single rep. Your skinny jeans will fit once again! You will never get bored, because Tiffany is always educating herself about the latest methods and coming up with her own evil but effective techniques to integrate into your workout. There really are 57 ways to do a deadlift! Any trainer can count reps, watch you do curls, and send you on your way. At LifeBODY Fitness you’ll get a trainer who is passionate, knowledgeable, understanding, fun, intuitive, and really truly cares about her clients. Read the review from Ivona. After years of working out and not seeing any results I'd started making excuses for not going to the gym. Working out with Jason was exactly what I needed! He motivated me to keep pushing myself and new my limits better than I did! You could see results after just two weeks of training with him, I recommend lifeBODY fitness to anyone who asks.

Just the other day my babysitter cancelled last minute so Tiffany fed my baby his bottle with one arm while she adjusted the weight on the equipment with her other arm all the while telling me how to correct my form while lifting! She is like a Supergirl and that is probably how she helped me miracously lose all my post pregnancy weight in less then three months. I've lost so many inches I've lost count, almost 20 pounds and more than 5% body fat. Not only is she no nonsence, smart and in love with what she does, she is absolutely fun and funny!!! I suspect my abs are benefiting as much from all the laughter as they are from all the crunches she makes me do :-) Besides the great trainer, the gym is very clean and confortable. It feels like a small getaway from a busy and crazy everyday life.
