Have nothing but kudos for this well operated Property Management Company. Troy is very professional, honest and efficient. He has handled our condo for over a year with great expertise. He follows up with phone calls and emails immediately. You will be pleased to interact with this company either as a renter or as a landlord. The staff at this establishment is equally competent and friendly. Amanda is wonderful and enthusiastic with her duties as an assistant to Troy. Regarding the other review which has a negative response, disregard this statement as Troy was not being deceiving in his review which he assumed was part of the process as he was new to this reveiw system. If anything most owners of different establishments are not overt with their reviews and hide behind a facade of email addresses. Great Job to all at Rappold Property Management. :)

We have purchased a home and moved on but our experience with RPM was a good one. They were fair and honest, easy to work with regarding payments and took care of our maintenance in a timely manner...things we did not have at our previous rental. The most amazing thing, and what prompted me to write this review...we actually received our deposit back when we moved out!
Pros: Nice folks, ethical business
Cons: None really
