Delicious and Gorgeous

Erica made our wedding cake for us and it turned out absolutely beautiful! It was exactly what I asked for. She also worked with us to figure out a difficult logistic problem: outdoor wedding, no air conditioner - other bakeries told us no while Erica came up with a solution so our cake didn't melt all over on a 104 degree day.

I received numerous compliments on our wedding cake, both on how pretty it was and how amazing it tasted.

One of the few bakeries that does it all...just the way you like it!

I have used Finales for several different clients for desserts for their personal chef dinners and parties. And of course, I have sampled just about everything she offers. Not only does Erica have a wide variety of favorites but she has great seasonal items as well, for example her lemon rosemary pound cake...to die for! Erica is also willing to work with your specialty dessert items. She made a goreous cupcake tower for me and not only did the cupcakes look better then the picture I had shown her but they tasted fantastic. Erica is one of the few bakers left in town that actually makes everything from scratch. This is the place if you want something unique, creative and tasty for a special occassion and perfect for wholesale needs as well.

Finales ROCKS!

Cakes, pies, cookies, brownies... who could want more? but wait there is more! Galettes, Lemon bars, shortbread, coffee cake style loaf bread. Everything Finales makes hits the mark. Seriously delicious desserts, with a rustic home made feel, and fairly priced. You can find their stuff in various places throughout Portland as well as call for special orders! I highly recommend Finales! =D

Crowd Pleasing Desserts!

Our family favorite for any occasion is the Pumpkin Spice Cake with Cream Cheese Frosting. The owner (Erica) has the ability to take a design idea and make it come to life in her creative designs. Finales is always a favorite with our family and friends.

my favorite bakery. excellent quality & assortment of desserts. Erica (owner) really does have a passion and talent for what she does. love to catch her at the farmers mkts in the summer when I need something for a special occaision.

Two big thumbs up!

I am addicted to Finales desserts! Some personal favorites are the oat cherry cookies, the mojito cheesecake, and the Finales Bar (a mixture of tons of different chocolates, cookie base with yummy caramel drizzled on top). I would also recommend their cakes for special occasions, they are so inventive and Erica (the owner) is lovely to work with and she's very accommodating.
