best studio space in town!

Great space for rehersals or mixing an album, good rates, ROCK OUT!! Also fun to ride bikes around the ground floor and crash over thier chill couches and lounge-y areas. Some kind of cafe opening soon? FEED ME!

• Pros: Awesome chill space
• Cons: Cop shop right across the street, if you got a taillight out, you're in for it...
