First of all, I wanted to thank Bui family for keeping traditions of Northern Vietnamese food the way it is. Your Banh Chung is the best next to my mother's. I am glad I found Bui Natural Tofu. They use the finest ingredients and very well presented and packaged. Yes, to Bui Tofu.
