Allen called to reconfirm appointment. Came to the house. Arrived on time. Neat, courteous. Went above and beyond. Provided all purpose document that met a need. Reviewed document for accuracy. Would use him again. Good value.

Hi, Just want to let you know that Lil Yellow Mobile Notary has a new owner. I would ask that you would disregard the previous post giving LYB one star, 1) because I am dedicated to the finest in customer service and will follow through to the letter, and 2) because the previous owner was also excellent in his customer service. Unfortunately, he had an issue with this one customer who gave him the worst review possible. I have received nothing but good feedback on his record, and have been fielding numerous repeat calls for customers who were very pleased with his service. This guy looks like a rock star and does a great job to boot. Look, I don't care what my notary looks like, as long as he can get my papers done and I don;t have to sweat it out looking for someone. He beat the 205 traffic and made every effort to get it out to FED EX at the Airport by 7pm and DID IT! KUDOS!
Pros: GOOD PRICE AND FAIR
Cons: ONLY THERE LONG ENOUGH TO SIGN PAPERS

Unfortunately, Lil Yellow Notary Service had a 12:30 appointment and called at 12:18p to say he could not make it after our physician adjusted his schedule to allow time for the appointment (which was originally scheduled for noon and rescheduled by Lil Yellow Notary Service at 10:30am).
