Best housemade comfort food around

I venture out to Coleman's once in a while with some friends and am never disappointed. They serve huge portions and the food is always outstanding. They have a huge vegetarian section. Last night we started with potato skins and there must have been 5-10 potatoes worth of skins, topped with cheese and local tomatoes. My entree was a fabulous mac and cheeses with garden burger, zuchinni, green beens and mushrooms. It was amazing. Everyone at our table always raves about their dish. If this place were located in Portland, it would be famous.
