With one of the best prices around town for his services, Tom gave excellent and very professional service to my wife and me, with easy to understand explanations, on the spot photos and repair recommendations for issues with the home. The service didn't stop there; he followed up to make sure all of our needs were met and sent us a very thorough inspection report. I will not hesitate to recommend his services to anyone that needs a home inspection done. My father is a real-estate agent, who was also at the inspection was so impressed with Tom that he is not only switching to Tom Island for all of his clients, he is recommending to all of the other agents in his reality group that they switch as well. Bottom line; my already high expectations were met and beat by a wide margin. Tom is great at what he does and it shows in his work.

Tom Island from Pacific NW Home Inspections was the best inspector we've ever had experience with, hands down! He spent 3 hours + inspecting our home and was extremely knowledgeable in every area. He was incredibly patient with every question we had and walked us room by room to explain anything he had concerns about. He was even able to help us figure out what was a priority to fix first, knowing we are on a budget to remodel our home. The inspection report, also, was very detailed and was straight to the point- exactly what one should be like. It had pictures to show every problem or area of concern as well. I would highly recommend Tom to anyone needing a home inspection- Seriously, he's worth it! You won't be disapointed!

Tom from Pacific NW Home Inspections arrived 15 minutes early to our scheduled home inspection. He was professional, friendly and extremely knowledgeable about the home which was built in 1912. He spent 3 1/2 hours going through the home from crawlspace to roof. Afterwards, he walked through the entire home inspection with us patiently and discussed issues he found with the home that needed attention. Most importantly, he noted a roof leak that the seller didn't know about nor did the agent! We were delighted with the results and will use Tom at Pacific NW Home Inspections again and tell our friends. Prices were good and he was able to schedule our inspection the next day. Thank you.
