I recently went in to a Couple of Eyes and found that the service and professionalism was top notch. They had fashionable frames (which I'm into) and a selection second to none. They were very knowledgeable with my condition and really cared! I'll be back!! Thanks Dr. Shih and Dr. Fan!!!
Pros: Good people, good service, good selection, great parking, clean office, pleasant.
Cons: none.

I just went to Couple of Eyes a few days ago and found them to be not only professional but they had a great selection of frames. I would highly recommend them. As for beanachtai, last I checked photophobia isn't a disability, it's a "condition" which can easily be corrected by ... I don't know ... wearing sun glasses? Light sensitivity does not prevent you from doing work, therefore it is not a disability. The fact that benachtai is looking for legal recourse right off the bat calls their credibility into question. As far as I'm concerned the staff at Couple of Eyes were helpful and courteous.

The Doctor's are friendly and professional. I was greeted with a smile from the technician at the front desk. Made me feel very comfortable. Everybody seemed to want to help me. From picking out stylish frames to getting the correct lenses. I would recomend them to anyone who wants to have an ongoing relationship with their eye doctor's.
Pros: Friendly enviroment, Proffesional, Quality products.

Great Services, Very professional and high quility products. Especially some of the famouse frames, you cannot find them else where.

The Doctors were helpful. They have the highest quality of frames. The Doctors really care for you.
