I have been using this shop for several years now, they have always treated me very well. They are fari and honest and in this day and age that is extremely hard to find. I go to them for all of my automotive needs including regular maintainace as well as major jobs, I have always been pleased with their fast, couteous service and extremely reasonable rates, I highly recommend them.

Pros: Super nice folks, know thier stuff, willng to work with you...

Cons: Sometimes the shop gets very busy and you may have to wait a day or two to get it.

He's always been very Honest,Helpfull and willing to save me money anytime he can.. Complete's the service fast and is always ready to get my in & out and back on the road.. i trust him with my personal vehicles aswell as my family's cars too. great location.Great hours and Awesome customer service..!!!!! The only person i call for my repair needs...

John did a great job with my Towncar. A full tune up, alignment, and brake job was done while I waited (about an hour or so). He even fixed my loose column shifter at no extra charge. And to top it all off, offered lunch while I waited. I declined but appreciated the gesture. Price was dirty cheap for all of the work. About $50 less than anyone else that quoted me plus he did the column work too. I read the other reviews here and while I can't speak for everyone, I doubt these guys would do you wrong. They're pretty up front about costs and the work they'll do. I'll probably go back again in the future.

Pros: Speed, service, price

Cons: none I can think of.

I've never felt so cheated and taken advantage of in my life. I truly felt a bait and switch was pulled on me and I will never bring my vehicle back to this merchant. I came in for one thing and left with a bill that was 4X what was quoted. I was also charged for items that I never authorized. Unbelieveable. I truly believe what comes around goes around and this merchant won't last with this kind of service. For those of you that claim that you got something for "free" (tire change, jump, reset of the "check engine" light, etc), watch out because he'll get you the next go-around. Get EVERYTHING in writing and insist that he contact you should he feels any other repairs, besides what was discussed, needs to be fixed. Also,note that his rates on his website are a lie (he charges $75 per hour NOT $55). Also note that this merchant claims his speciality is "mufflers". Wake up people - if that's his specialty, I woudn't have him doing any "major" service. Good luck, but again, Buyer Beware......

They did a motor Job for me on my van . No problems fair priced and gave my family great service. I would return for other work. Motor job was done two months ago and is still going great.

Cons: Delay in getting my motor but nothere fault

John does excellent work on cars. He works on everything from luxury cars to supercharged street machines. Besides doing excellent work he also is incredibly honest. If he tells you what is wrong with your car, you can be sure that is it. He is patient with all your questions and guarantees his work. I haven't had a bad experience taking my car to his shop, and have sent many of my friends over to the shop also. All have been completely satisfied with his work. If you live in the Clackamas oregon you should bring your car into him.

Pros: Great guy with lots of input

Cons: pretty far from me

I drove my European made car into this shop. I should not have done it. Soon after I showed up, the mechanic could not figure out where the car computer hook up was. I dropped off the car. I thought I had the exhaust or an engine problem. Mechanic spent one week figuring out what was wrong with the car, and disassembled the engine top ( head gasket) to bits and pieces. Week later, the mechanic gave me a call to let me know not only that I needed a new engine, but a hefty bill for the "performed work". I had to cover the bill, but in return I got back the pieces of the engine top. I had to exchange my car as a result of it. I did not have good experience at all.

Jermy was awesome. he helped me and my wife out. I was broken down out of town and thought I ws going to have a high bill. They had me out the door for 25 bucks/Yes I will be back they could have charged me a bunch but I think honesty counts and they have it.

Pros: great service and a great guy

Cons: Dirty floor mats which he offered to clean and it was raining

We had our car towed in.He called us the next day. He sad a wire was broken on our batter he fixed it for free .Thats right free. I have never had a bill so cheap/LOL I will be back. Thanks John

Pros: Did not have to pay and he was honest which is hard to find

Cons: None at this time it was great

Not a bad guy or bad service, just a kinda swap meet. Things go wrong and you have to come back, they will totally try to do ya right, and sometimes things work out. Good deal on flushes, changes (fluids) and regular everyday stuff. Don't ask them to think outside the box.. They mean really well and try hard.

Pros: straight talker

Cons: doesn't always back it up, but not for lack of trying.
