Priceless photos recovered!

I've used Steve twice now to recover priceless photos, first from a failed hard drive and later from a corrupted SD card. One set of pictures was of my 95 year old grandfather playing with our 1 year old daughter in a small village in India. We thought we'd lost these moments forever! I was astonished 2 days later when he recovered the photos and put them in the mail on a DVD. We couldn't thank him enough.
Pros: Friendly, quick, goes above and beyond, very communicative
