Outstanding Service!. I just visited Downtown Dental Associates for the first time. The front office staff was friendly, efficient and provided a summary of my dental insurance benefits that they had verified prior to my visit.

My records from my previous office were transferred and available for my exam. I saw Dr. Persichetti and he was very thorough and explained the exam in laymans terms, not dental speak.

The hygienist was aware that I had sensitivity to cold and she had warmed the water for my comfort. I was offered a pillow, blanket and headphones. They made my visit enjoyable.

I would recommend this office without a doubt to my friends and family.…
