ON THEIR LAST DIME

This office will not be open for much longer from what my friends have told me. I ahve lived in West Linn a long time. I have seen Cosmetic doctors come and go and Dr. Norcom will be going very soon. A friend of mine had her appointment cancelled because they didn't have the product. They took her money when she consulted with them but when it came time for her appointment they didn't have the product. Blamed it on a shipping error...but I have heard when these Medical spas stop having product its because they are broke. So if you are dumb enough to go see this guy make sure you dont pay before you get your service!!!

TOPS

West Linn Medspa is a place that I would highly recommend to anybody that is looking for a top-notch Medical Spa and it’s the best that Oregon has to offer. They should be the models for all the Medspa a place that conduct Ethical Business Practices unlike many other places out there.

Consultation with a real Doctor that practices medicine first and not about the Money. Dr. Derek Norcom gives professional advice that was in my best interest that I would expect only to hear from my Dermatologist. Dr. Norcom gave me honest and truthfully answers. He is really knowledgeable and takes pride in his craft with the utmost concern for his patients. No pressure sales here and they actually care and listen. Dr. Norcom oversees every procedure done in his office unlike other MedSpas.

I had a very bad experience with Emerge Medspa in Bridgeport Village, I do not recommend them at all!

On the other hand, it’s well worth my drive to West Linn Medspa. All I have to say about this place is that you are in Safe Hands.

Best MedSpa in the Portland/Vancouver Area

West Linn Med Spa is truly the best. The office is relaxing and inviting, and the staff is skilled and caring. I feel as though I'm in safe hands knowing Dr. Norcom is overseeing the spa. Dr. Norcom always demonstrates patience and astounds me with his depth of knowledge and eagerness to stay current on new technologies and procedures. I highly recommend West Linn Med Spa without reservation.

• Pros: Experienced, professional, many treatment options
• Cons: A half-hour drive from my house (but still worth it!)

This place is for real!

Dr. Norcom is the best. I have a friend who injects in another "spa" and I chose not to go there because she has so little experience. Dr. Derek was fantastic! He is a real doctor with a medical practice. He knows his stuff. I was worried about the pain and was shocked that I had none. It was my first botox treatment and I needed it. I was worried that they would try to sell me more services or products and that did not happen at all. They spent plenty of time and I didn't feel rushed at all. The people are wonderful and helpful. Everything was explained very well and I knew exactly what to expect, including the cost.

• Pros: Real Doctor, Experienced, No product or service pushing and No pain!
• Cons: It's in West Linn.

GREAT DOCTOR AND STAFF

I was showing signs of aging and I wanted no part of it. I had a gift certiciate for a botox treatment, but I was uneasy about having something injected into my face.

The staff was very nice and helpful. The Doctor was great, he took over an hour with me, answerinig every question I had and actually listening to what I wanted to achieve, not what he thought I should do.

I came in for a botox and derma fillers treatment. Every step was thoroughly explained to me. I was very comfortable, they made sure that any pain was extremely minimal. Gave me detailed instructions for after care.

My swelling and bruising was almost nonexistent.

I will be making another appointment for my follow up treatment,. These people are great.

Amazing results

Dr. Derek Norcom is not only the best dermatologist/plastic surgeon I have ever used, but also the best doctor, period. He truly cares about his patients and is abreast of all the latest developments in skin rejuvenation. His innovative use of dermal fillers produced amazing results. I went in for Restylane to take care of those pesky lines around my mouth. Now those are gone but also gone are the bags under my eyes that have been the bane of my existence for way too many years. Dr. Norcom used Radiesse for my under eye area and I?m thrilled with the results. Plus, West Linn MedSpa?s Botox prices are the lowest in the Portland metropolitan area. I live near downtown Portland and hate to drive but I consider the commute to their West Linn location a small inconvenience compared to what I get in return. If you go, stop by Via Lago, a fabulous women's clothing store just one block away.

Fabulous People!!

This place is the best in town, in my opinion. The warm and welcoming atmosphere, the great professionalism and attention to detail from Dr Norcom, and the skill and quality of the other services. You can't go wrong!! this needs to be your place of rejuvenation! Highly recommend it!

Michelle the Miracle Worker!

I have battled adult acne for more than 10 years. After years of invasive medical therapies with little results I found Michelle. Her expertise in this area helped me to shed by acne troubles and even the scars! Imagine my happiness when I received my first compliment on how great my skin looked!! Michelle has practiced medical aesthetics in the Portland area for over 5 years and of course I have followed her to West Linn Med Spa. The atmosphere at West Linn Med Spa is inviting and they carry the best medical skin care lines, but I am partial to Obaji. You must also try Jane Iradale, their mineral cosmetic line, it?s icing on the cake!

Very Relaxing!

I visited West Linn Med Spa a few weeks ago for the first time. I have always struggled with skin issues, and had some mild acne scarring. The esthetician was very knowledgable and friendly. She suggested a chemical peel. She went through the entire procedure, preparation, and post skin care. When I arrived, I was welcomed to a friendly staff and relaxing environment. The room I was guided to included a very large, soft, bed that was heated! I almost fell asleep as I was relaxing. The chemical peel felt great and my skin looks amazing! I would recommend this spa over others due to the environment, and the quality of the staff. They were welcoming and thorough. I'll be back for other treatments.

excellent acne treatment

My 15 year-old daughter has been struggling with acne on her face, back and chest for two years. She has tried numerous topical products and oral antibiotics without success. Now for the first time, after only three laser treatments at West Linn Medspa, her acne is improving! Her cheeks and chest are nearly clear, and her back is 50% improved. Dr. Norcom has devised a treatment system with laser, topical medicines and skin care products, individualized to her specific skin type and type of acne. We couldn't be more pleased.

And as an added bonus, their facility is beautiful and comfortable. Much thanks to Alina, Michelle and Dr. Norcom.
