These Guys are Great!

I had been a customer of one of the big banks for years before making switch. I never thought that my bank teller would remember my name, ask me about my business, weekend etc... I am a big fan of a dieing art "Customer Service," so I was glad to see that this company is trying to revive it. I go to the bank multiple times a week and it used to be a chore, now it is something that I look forward to. Thank you to the staff at Umpqua!
