I had my car serviced at Re-Born and was very impressed with the service and quality of repair. The office folks are very accommodating. I waited for awhile to see how long the repair was going to take. The waiting area is very comfortable, and they even had WIFI, very cool. After the diagnosis, they recommended I leave the car, and they gave me a shuttle ride to work. When the car was finished, they called me, explained the repair, and the price was exactly what they quoted me. They picked me up at my work and when I got there; my car was washed and vacuumed too. They hand wash the cars, weather permitting, a nice service.
Pros: friendly, comfortable, easy parking access, honest!
Cons: Only wash cars in the summer time, I understand though

Jiffy Lube service at 3 times the price. Took in vehicle for a specific problem. The problem was not corrected. They did have the time to recommend $1500 worth of work. I went to another shop and most of the work recommended by Re-born was not needed. Found the front end people to be rude and evasive when asked specific questions.
