I've worked with personal trainers before, and met several who were not experienced in working with older people with minor medical issues. Not so with Lori! She has a great deal of experience training people like me, and was very helpful in working around my leg and shoulder issues while still allowing me to gain strength and flexibility. I'm feeling stronger and have more energy than ever! I'm so glad I found her....I hope to be working with Lori for a long time!

I have been trying for a long time to get the motivation I needed to get and stay involved in a fitness program. I found Lori Johnson of Body Image Fitness, and was immediately impressed with her level of empathy and concern. I've had 6 training sessions with Lori now, and I'm already seeing positive changes! Working with her helps keep me going on days when I would rather skip my workout. She has also been a big help in improving the flexibility in my legs and lower back. I'm committed to continuing my program...I would definitely recommend her!

I have been lifting for 6 years and was unable to make any more gains in muscle size and strength. Lori helped me to surpass my plateau and add nearly five lbs of muscle in 6 months! Her knowledge of bodybuilding and nutrition were extremely helpful. She showed me how to make healthy dietary choices to most benefit my physique. I am looking forward to showing off my beach body this spring!

Lori really helped with my rehabilitation from a recent motor vehicle accident. She helped improve my range of motion, overall strength and flexibility, and restored my daily functioning capacity. She has a cheerful, positive attitude and could easily relate to my issues through past life experiences. She was able to answer all of my questions and leave me feeling motivated! I give Lori "two thumbs up".

I recommend Lori Johnson! When I first met her, I was 5'10" and 235 lbs. Since she started training me, I dropped 25 lbs., and added 10 lbs. of muscle! Her attention to detail is immaculate, and her training style is user-friendly. As a gentleman of 50 years old, my friends and colleagues have told me I've never looked younger. I recommend a conversation with Lori is you're serious about getting fit!
