Great Treatments, So Helpful. Have been seeing Jana for several months now. She is the first Acupuncturist I have seen. Every visit my back has improved. I finally feel like I'm getting healed.

Best Acupuncture in Portland. Jana is the best, I have been an advocate of acupuncture for years and have had treatments for neck and back pain which have always worked wonders. However the first time that I tried Jana I was having a couple of other issues pertaining to depression and puffy eyes in the morning. She asked me a few questions related to my health and my daily activities and then the treatment began. She inserted about twenty small needles all over my body and then left me for about fifteen minute to relax. I could instantly feel everything opening up and my head felt empty and calm. I felt wonderful that day, however the next day was truly amazing when I woke up and did not have my usual puffy eyes. I could not believe that I was looking in the mirror at 6:30 in the morning and not staring at puffy ugly eyes. What ever Jana did it worked wonders for me and would recommend her to everyone. Love it!!. I was at the end of my rope, tired of discussing my case with traditional Doctors (Who insist on cutting me open with surgery) so I gave acupuncture a shot. I have a persistent bulging disc in my lumbar spine (low back) which causes debilitating pain. At first, the results were sublte. However, Jana assured me that every person is unique in their response to treatment. So, I gave it another try. I am glad I did because whatever Jana is doing is working. I am now a regular and essentially pain free. Just so happens that the environment is clean and totally relaxing.
