There is a reason why this dealership has been around for 50 years...CUSTOMER SERVICE!! From start to finish they were nothing but first class and we will recommend friends and family there for years to come. My husband and I are so happy with our purchase and they were able to accommodate our every request. It felt like they were truly working for us through the whole process. Thanks again to Michael, Scott and Curtis!! Shawn and Jen Williams

Pros: customer service ,convienience, selection

Cons: far for us to travel to dealership

It really is a rare treat to actually enjoy buying a vehicle! My experience was second to none that i have been involved in. Bret Barnes, our salesman, could not have been more professional and courteous! He even took us to lunch while we waited to sign.

Pros: Easy going attitude

Cons: Very busy dealership, had to wait awhile

Was hunting all over Portland for a good deal on a Jeep Patriot. Most places were within a few hundred bucks. I heard that Cheap Jeep ad on the radio (VERY annoying by the way, if the dealership reads these things...please, get rid of that bird and that John guy.) Hannah Jeep sold me one for $1650 less than the next closest quote. Not much else needs to be said. They were good (although the paperwork did seem to take a long time) and they made it easy. Not your typical car dealership.

Ignore the previous posts that were obviously written by employees- who remembers everyone’s name, if in fact you really did have a great time? I remember names because I had to call the dealership almost 50 times. Hannah Jeep in Vancouver is the worst experience of my life. I bought a new ‘08 from them in Feb of 2008. We searched the loss leaders in the Oregonian and found what we were looking for, the ad said “guaranteed in stock,” so we drove up to Vancouver from Oregon. Presented the sales man (Jose) with the ad and were informed that they did not have any of the vehicles that were ‘guaranteed in stock.’ Only after threatening the sales manager (Tim) with false advertising did he find one. However, we could not see it without first purchasing it since it was coming from another dealer, so we test drove another “comparable” jeep and the viewed the specks on the one he could get. It was white with dark interior; we singed our paper work – paid cash and were told that the car would be delivered to us that night. No car that night and no phone call. First thing the following morning I called the dealership and was told that Jose would not be in until noon and Tim refused to take my call. But the man on the phone (Lance I believe was his name) told me the car would be to the dealership at noon. At 12:15 Jose calls me to tell me that the car will be there at 2. Steaming mad, I get off the phone- I suspect that to them I have nothing to do but sit by the phone and wait. Then at 2 Jose calls to tell me that the car I was sold (I have all paperwork, title and registration with a VIN number) they can’t get. But Tim will find me a different one. It took three days of fighting threatening and headaches to get our car. We never even got so much as an apology. I would never never deal with Tim the sales manager at Hannah Jeep in Vancouver- the guy is a sleeze ball. Completely unprofessional not to mention illegal.

Pros: none

Cons: Horrible people, unprofessional, illegal practices, the runaround, dodging calls, no selection and the list goes on and on.

I found the VIP Department at Hannah Jeep and they treated me like the VIP. I was shown the car of my dreams at a price I could afford. The customer service that Scott and Kenny and Curtis displayed was the best I have ever had. They were all great. I am excited to recommend them to all my friends and co workers. I even had trouble with the car after teh point of sale and they went above and beyond the call of duty in taking care of me then as well. Thanks Guys!!!

Pros: VIP is the ticket!!!

Cons: None....

I had the best car buying experience I have ever had at Hannah's Chrysler Jeep Store. Working with Scott, Alan, Kenny and Curtis was absolutely amazing. They had everything waiting for my arrival. I had so much fun that I am excited to go back and buy another car. I would recommend that team of professionals at that store to anyone wanting to purchase any vehicle ever. Truly amazing. Thank you guys!!!

Pros: The VIP department is the way to go!!!

Cons: none
