The customer service at this florists is unbelievably rude! I was looking for a florist to do my wedding and was told that for a consultation it would be $25, just to look at pictures of flowers!!! I decided to go into the shop and just browse around before paying the consulatation fee and stood around for ten minutes before I was even spoken to. Then I was told because I didn't have an appt that they were to busy to give me some of their books on flowers (I was the only person in there). I was completely shocked at the lack of customer service not to mention their prices are outrageous. Getting married, look elsewhere for a florist!
Cons: EXPENSIVE, RUDE, RUDE, RUDE, no selection
