i just refinanced with perry at rainbow and had a 100% perfect experience. he took the time to explain and show where every penny of my money was going. the rate he got me beat the pants off everyone, including my current lender. my boss referred me, and i've already referred two friends.
Pros: explained everything - and the BEST rate!
Cons: in lake oswego, but for the rate, it was worth the drive
