I highly recommend taking your car to Fresh Start Detail Co. They really seem to take pride in the work that they do, and they also seem to sincerely care about what their customer’s needs are. They were able to completely clean up a spill that involved about a third of a tall cup of hot chocolate, and thankfully, they were able to take my car the day that it happened. They were professional, had a positive, friendly attitude, and their price was reasonable. Thank you, Jacob and Jason!

This place is horrible. I brought my ride in there a couple months ago and they did a terrible job for a high price. Way to high. I could have paid half of what I did somewhere else and my car would have looked a lot better. I got ripped off. How could anyone say this shack did a good job. Go somewhere else unless you like to waste money.

I was lucky enough to get a tour of their garage and was impressed with all the equipment. Not only did they have a lift in order to bring a car up to eye level, but they had all sorts of machines and devices to clean, buff, polish and wash. From undercarriage protection to a steam-cleaned engine and of course exterior and interior, all could be done right there in their well lighted controlled environment. High quality and professionalism are the norm for the Fresh Start team and this to me was readily apparent. But perhaps the one point that made me happy to hear was that they are DEQ certified and environmentally responsible. Green is good. So later that day I went back with my wife to pick up her Honda. In a word... wow! They did not disappoint and easily lived up to their reputation. Many of the scratches to the paint were buffed out, the tires and wheels sparkled but what really stood out was the interior: it not only looked like a new car, it smelled like a new car! They took a toothbrush to the moldings, detail brushes to the interior, pressure washed everything, steam cleaned the carpets, got tree sap off the top and road tar off the bottom but best of all, not a dog hair in sight! So yes I'm a happy customer and not only will I go back.

The team of professionals at Fresh Start Detail Company in Beaverton are second to none when it comes to the best car detailing in town. I took my Acura MDX there last year for a complete detail and talk about making it look, feel and smell like new! I've recommended their services to friends and family since and everyone says how happy there are with the services they provide. Even though I didn't need it, they offer loaner cars - they are even BMWs! So now there are absolutely NO EXCUSES not to give your car the TLC that it needs and deserves. Want to get the new year started on the right foot? Get your car detailed at Fresh Start - you'll thank me!

Pros: great customer service, top of the line products used, loaner cars

These guys are amazing. A few months ago, I brought them my VW Jetta to detail. They made me so happy, I brought them an even bigger challenge - my teenage daughter's Jetta! They managed to get both Jettas sparkling clean and smelling fresh. So, I recently brought them my new Toyota Prius. They made it "new" again! I have never had better car details than Jason and his crew provide at Fresh Start Detail. They get my highest personal recommendation!

Pros: Excellent service, always available by phone, cars were all ready on time!

Cons: Can't think of any - you get what you pay for, so why not get the best !?

Jason and his crew are meticulous in cleaning the outside, inside and the engine on all cars. And they can get out almost any type of odor. They are polite and courteous, and WOW, you get to rent their BMW's for a day for a really cheap price. What more can you ask from a detail shop. Thanks Jason.

The owner and I agreed upon $150 for my car to get detailed. I specifically asked him before leaving if I needed to sign anything or pay him upfront. He said no. When I went to pick up my car his employee said my total was $250. He stated that it was weird that his boss did not have me sign the slip that stated the amount because it was standard procedure to do so. I had him call the owner who then told me that there were only two ways to get my car off the lot. My options were to call the police or pay the entire amount. He also stated that he typically has people sign the payment slip before dropping their keys off. Since my mom was standing next to me and was insisting that she would pay for me, I stepped left and paid the amount rather than calling the police. I WILL NEVER GO BACK HERE AND I HOPE YOU DON’T MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID!

After reading the other reviews, I had high expectations and was looking forward to an excellent job on my 04 Sienna. They mnust have forgotten to do a final check on my van, because there were numerous details overlooked: my wife rubbed our van against a white fence leaving white paint down the side of the van which was buffed out nicely on the rear quarter panel, but not on the chrome strip on the door, the little line of dirt that collects along the tops of the side windows (from putting them up and down) was still dirty, their was still dirt in the glovebox (it had been wiped, but obviously very quickly), there was still sticky residue on the inside of my back window from a sticker (which was cleaned after I pointed it out), a spot under the rear door of the van was still full of sand (I have a dirt driveway - this was also cleaned after I pointed it out), the clips that keep the floor mat in place were missing (they were found in the pocket behind my seat and put back in place after I pointed it out) and other small things. My last detail on the van cost me half as much and I honestly could not tell the difference except that Fresh Start did give me good advice about why nose bras are a bad idea and took mine off and cleaned under it. On the bright side, they were very nice and the loaner car was very convenient.

These guys offer the best friendly detail service I have ever experienced, the fact that you see them doing other high end vehicles such as BMW/s and Benz's is reassuring.. You know isomeone willing to spend money on expensive cars to have them worked on, the place must be great!! (And it was!!) I have been involved with and seen work from other detail shops... Amazing how poor the quality can be sometimes... I would just highly reccomend this place for not only the great service and great work there, but great workers AT the shop!! Their attention to detail is unbelievable, but their honesty and sense of humor are quite a nice change of pace from the usual bland run of the mill serious customer service... In conclusion I think these guys are REALLY worth trying if you have never had a detail or just want to compare to ones you have been to in the past.

Pros: Great service, rgeat hnesty, good work and worth money paid!!

Cons: saw none

My car was stolen and recovered, TWICE! First time it was recovered and filthy inside and out and it just didnt feel like my comfortable car. I called around to shops and compared prices. This place was on the higher side but the manager took the time to answer my questions and explain the cleaning process and details that were involved in getting all the dirt and filth out so I felt more comfortable and at ease with there shop getting my business. They did such an awesome job that I really felt comfortable again driving my own car! Second time it was stolen the wires to the stereo had been cut causing them to ground out under the backseat and the car went up in black smoke, electrical fire!!! SO...I called up Fresh Start Detail and asked if they were able to get this awful smoke smell out and possibly get me in for another detail..and I took it in and the results were a nice smelling, clean, shiny waxed car and you would never have known that it had gone up in smoke couple days before! These guys are really good, they take pride in there work and it really shows!! Paying a little more and getting ALOT out of this kind of service is the reason I went back the second time. I really recommend them, they truly are the best at there job. I didnt use this service but they do have a loaner car and next time I might just try it out. It's a BMW for heaven sakes!

Pros: Loaner cars!

Cons: Only one location, wish there were another closer to where I live!
