Finally! a good neighborhood restaurant!

I'm a regular patron at the old mill cafe since it came under new ownership. It's a blessing to finally have some decent (an understatement) food in the neighborhood. The menu features some really interesting twists on old favorites. The reuben is my family's favorite and the key lime cheesecake is to die for. I've watched the place slowly fill up with people over the past few months, and my only complaint is that as soon as everyone else finds out how good the Old Mill Cafe is, i might have to start making reservations to fill my rueben cravings!

Oh, and there are two separate dining rooms: one for fine dining for special occassions, and pub-like room. It's nice to go out to your favorite restaurant and then choose if you want a romantic atmosphere or take the kids and eat on the more family-friendly side.

Nice Ambience, good food

Service was great. Owners are friendly. The food has good flavors. The eggplant lasagna was excellent. Clean and nice old style decor.

AWESOME NEW CHEF!

This place is great! I live in the Clackamas area, and have for the past 10 years. The Old Mill Cafe now has the best chef they've ever had. I've been back repeatedly over the past 5 months, and have been very pleased with the food every time... no exceptions. The Old Mill Cafe is heading in the right direction. I tell everyone I know about it, and they've all said that they agree that it has changed for the better. We all love it, and are excited to have a restaraunt wth truly GOOD FOOD in the Clackamas area.
