I have had Priestley & Sons move my belongings now for the third time, I was definitely impressed when the took my hot tub down the hill in my yard, and placed it on my patio with absolutely NO damage!! The crew were very professional, their truck was clean and orderly, the guys were friendly, and humorous during what would normally be a very stressful time. They took the stress OUT of my move. Thank You Priestley Movers, I couldn't do it without you !

Pros: Friendly, Effecient, took the stress out of my move !

Cons: Boy, none for me !

For my first time having my things packed and moved, I unfortunately chose this company. The guys told me I could go ahead and leave and they would handle everything. They did get everything packed and moved in their estimated time. When they brought my things to the new place, however, they did not bring everything. I noticed my vacuum cleaner did not arrive and asked them about my front closet. The fellow stated they forgot to check there and said sorry. I was stunned and didn't know what to do. I was unable to return to the house. So there went my vacuum, all of my coats and my sons, games and wrapping items. So they left, not offering anything. Later I was to discover they also left behind all my pots and pans stored in the stove drawer (where alot of people store theirs), all the drawers in my bathroom and the mats, they also left behind two boxes which happened to be under a table they did bring. What is that?? When I called the company, all they offered to do was to go pick up the stuff and bring it to me. In my situation, that was out of the question. I do not recommend this company at all unless you plan on babysitting them.

Pros: Completed in estimated time, friendly

Cons: Forgot a bunch of my stuff!

They showed up on time and went right to work. They packed up everything, nice and neat. Drove it across town and loaded it into our new house. We had a PODS container that they unloaded and moved into the house as well. They protected the entry way, hardwood floors, and carpets with blankets and runners. No damage. They worked together well, were very polite, and energetic. Actual cost was very close to the estimated cost. I wouldn't move again with out using these guys. It was a great moving experience.

Pros: Freindly, Respected Our Property, Worked Well Together

I had a small one bedroom apartment that I thought should only take two to three hours to move, instead it took them 6. Three different items were damaged. I made the mistake of thinking they were only moving 4 miles how much could get damaged...huge MISTAKE. Buy insurance if you work with these guy!!!!

These guys were so great. I was on a very tight budget and they had my whole apartment loaded, driven across town and unloaded in 2hrs. The one guy literally ran up the flight of stairs every load. Nothing broken or damaged. Arrived on the dot. Highly recommended.

Pros: On time- friendly, fast, careful workers

Cons: None!

Something must be going sideways with this company after all these years--the guys that came to move me wasted aton of time fooling around, and they caused a LOT of damage. I doubt I'll ever use a moving company again, based on this experience.

Pros: They showed up on time

Cons: They showed up at all. I wish they hadn't.

These guys were friendly, efficient and far more attentive than I would have expected. By attentive, I mean that they realized moving freaks me out and were courteous, empathetic and reassuring. These guys packed all of my stuff, drove it nearly thirty miles, then hauled it up to the third floor all in less than three and a half hours. I was amazed. This was actually under the 4 hour estimate I was given.

Pros: speed, friendliness, attentiveness

On time and very courteous. Their estimate was within a few dollars of the final cost. I would definitely recommend this company and would use them again in the future!

Pros: Experienced, Careful, Courteous
