Fast, Fresh and Fabulous

First timer and I was impressed. The food is excellent. Not fancy, but very hot and fresh. I would not call the food bland at all, but the flavors are subtle. You can always spice it up w/ the salsa... It's very tasty. The service was the best I've seen in Tualatin for Lunch; fast, friendly and very attentive. The view out the back side of the building is pretty and relaxing. I will definately go back for more!
- Pros: Fast and Yummy
- Cons: Parking (but there is more at the lower level)

I have been going to El Sol ever since it opened up. It is one of my favorite restaurants and all the employees are a hoot! When we go there, it's like they roll out the red carpet and get us all our usual items with out even having to ask us! And the service is so prompt and efficient, it is very seldom that your water glass is ever less than totally full! Very Highly recommended!

Solid Food, Good Service, Bland

El Sol de Mexico has excellent, traditional Mexican food. The menu is extensive, but everything runs heavily towards cheese, there is little for a vegetarian (and nothing for a vegan). The Cheese Crispi is a tasty appetizer. The Chile Relleno is disappointing, made from canned chiles and not as fluffy as the best. Everything is uniformly bland, there must be a lot of cans in the kitchen. Service is attentive and friendly.

- Cons: bland food, limited vegetarian

Fastest service in Tualatin

this restaurant is great. The food is wonderful. The service is fast and very polite. The owner is a real character, a lot of fun to be around. The prices are very reasonable. With in 10 minutes or less after being seated you will have your meal in front of you!
