Great Service - Helpful Staff

These people are so nice they let their dogs come to work. My copies looked great, they took the time to help me. Would recommend

DO NOT GO HERE!!!

Do not come here to print anything. I had a huge project due and 1 page was a color graphic on which I spend much time. So, I went here to print the 1 page. They were unable to print it directly from my computer, I guess they do not have that technology yet. Anyways they had to save it and print it from their computer. And it printed totally wrong! It looked terrible. It was not centered, words were missing and it just looked awful. The personnel was like "I had to stretch some stuff out, so here you go." They didn't even ask if that was OK that it looked totally retarded. W T F? Then they proceeded to charge me for it. Great what a waste of time and money. The customer service was minimum and the product sucked, so NO I would NOT recommend this place and will NEVER go back.

Horrible Quality and customer service

I was charged $3.95 to rebind a PSU Course Packet purchased from this organization last year. They claimed that I had extensively used the book and that since I was using a graduated students course packet that I was in violation of copyright laws.....how is this since I was not making photocopies. Could not believe they charged me $3.95 to rebind....would have thought they would have done it as a courtesy since the packet cost the student in excess of $75 for a bunch of photocopies......This place is a scam and I'm surprised they are still in business with the poor customer service they offer..... Avoid at all costs and patronize other copy centers who don't overcharge students....."
