Smoking Cessation

I used A Positive Change for hypnosis to quit smoking after 35 years. And guess what? It worked! The results were more than I could have hoped for, especially after many, many years of trying every other technique I could find with no success. It's been 10 months now and I couldn't be happier. I have found that the techniques I was taught help tremendously with relaxation and am ready to learn more from this great team. My next step will be taking a workshop on Mind Mapping. I highly recommend all of their programs and look forward to trying them all myself.
