Initially pleasant to work with, and a convenient location. The trouble started right away with lack of response to our proof edits. Then when our wedding invitations arrived there was a word missing, the layout was wrong, and they REFUSED TO FIX IT. They asked for me to pay for their printing mistake. When I told them I wanted them reprinted correctly they refused unless I was willing to pay more. I will be getting a full refund and never looking back.
Pros: Convenient, local, large selection, customization
Cons: Horrible customer service, slow to respond to requests, not willing to fix their mistakes
