Not Authentic but still tastes great!. I'd like to give them 5 stars but I can't as they do not make an authentic Philly Steak sandwich. If that's what you're looking for, I suggest you go to Philly! :) Although, the cheese steak sandwiches do have very good flavor, according to my boyfriend.

As for what they have on the menu, what I've tried so far has been really tasty and satisfying. The sandwiches are rather large. The bread is really good. I have only tried the cold sandwiches so far, and that's probably what I'll stick to (just personal preference). All of the cold turkey sandwiches are really awesome. They even have a lower cal menu.

I plan on eating here often.  View Less

No Good. the service was slooooooow, i dont think the one girl they working was very good at multi-tasking, she would only cook one order at a time, she was really nice though. i got the chicken parm, bad idea, the chicken was incredibaly dry, almost as if it had been refrigerated for several days and re-heated, which i assume is the case, and there was hardly any chicken to speak of anyway, mostly bread. the three people i was with seemed pleased, but they all got cold sandwiches, thats kinda hard to screw up.....  View Less View More

An all around great experience. I have eaten here on several occasions and have always enjoyed myself. I personally love the Chicken Cheese Steak, but the beef is also very good. The staff is always friendly and fast. The phillys are a good size and can only finish half, but that is okay, I eat the other half later. Great job and I will be back for more!  View Less View More

Great eats, Great hangout. I've been eating at Philadelphia's since it first opened at it's original spot accross the street. The owner is a Philly native. The ingredients are as close as you can get. They go all out to get it right. Bonus, Tastycakes! hard to find them anywhere else.

The cheesesteaks are the bomb, gutbomb that is. I'd eat more of them, but my doctor made me cool it. Good variety of other hoagies. Good beer. Love the Betsy Ross. Service is good. Food is made fresh and cooked to order. Takes a little longer, but worth the wait. You can hangout at your liesure without feeling pressured. Prices are reasonable for what you get, which I find is stuffed.

All in all a great place to stop in, hangout, have a great sandwich and chase it with good beer.

Friends form Philly say it's the real deal. If you have kids, they'll be made to fell comfortable.  View Less

Authentic hogies, Large selection,Friendly staff, Great for kids & parents both!. My daughter just loves this place! The staff is always so kind and gives her paper wrap to color on while we wait for our food. She must have half her wall covered with drawings from this place. The sandwiches are excelent! My little one usually gets the italian meatball with provolone, with the exception of a hot dog or philly when in the mood. The beer selection would probably be better at times if they could just keep it from selling out! I like the independent pale ale, but the blonde is a nice light treat as well! I still can't quite take a whole hogie down at once so I always have leftovers to take home. So anyone who could even try to complain about the portion sizes of these sandwiches must either have a gullbladder or obiesety problem! Prices are evenly fare considering what one would pay in a larger scale city, you totally get what you pay for!  View Less View More

Bland food for you. I have tried three different sandwiches and they were all bland and disappointing. I like the location, but the food is not worth the price tag and the portions were small.  View Less View More

Good Eats !. From back east, visited Portland and locals told me to try Philadelphia's. I loved the decor, lots of history shots and oh yeah.. GOOD CHEESESTEAKS !.. Hard to get the right rolls out west, and could be packed w/more meat.. but darn close for sure ! I say Yo Philly; You did it !  View Less View More

tasty but not enough. This place has great taste, but hardly any f"illing" in the sandwich. Needs more meat so we don't go home hungry.

not the real thing. A Philly cheesesteak is so simple...steak, provolone, onions, and bread...yet it's so hard to find a good one outside of Philadelphia or New York. The key is the roll, which should be freshly baked and crispy. The rolls at this place are soft, chewy, and soggy. I'm definitely a cheesesteak snob and you might enjoy it if you're not expecting the real thing, but don't believe the other reviews that say this is just as good as something you'd get in South Philly. It's not close. And where's the Yuengling?  View Less View More

Not worth the 15 minute drive. Went there with my husband yesterday after reading these reviews. Staff was courteous. Food was well below average: bread stuck to our teeth, bread was soggy, meat was scarce and BLAND. For the size and thickness of the bread, there should have been more meat. Not even the onions were seasoned. Would not go back and would not recommend. If you want a good cheesesteak, go to Philly, somewhere in the northeast, or make it yourself. I make a mean cheesesteak I have been told and this did not make the cut. We were dissapointed at best, but not disgusted...  View Less View More
