Mens shoe section is the best

My man has a hard to fit foot. Many shoes are uncomfortable on him. We went to Nordstrom's in the hope of finding a pair that he might like and left with three. The service was amazing and they listened to his needs and brought out 5 pairs for him to try. All fit and were comfortable so he was actually able to choose the ones he liked. The man that helped us expressed his gratitude for the sale which we found amusing since we were so grateful for his help. I never thought I would say this but my man enjoyed shoe shopping.

Best ever!

Nordstrom is my favorite shopping source. The employees are very helpful at getting you a fitting room started, helping decide what to buy, etc. They have great selection, lots of sales. Returning stuff?? Always possible. No receipt? OK! They don't ask questions, you don't need a receipt, you can return stuff from a year ago! It is the best store I have ever been too.

• Cons: Usually a lot of people there, if you go during the weekwork, it's not too bad

Great Service

As always, the best service anywhere. Really the only improvement I would like to see is a bigger mens selection for my husband. The clothes do not seem to change much, neither do the shoes. In larger cities Nordstrom's has a much better mens selection, but for some reason the purchasing agent in Oregon is a very dull person and should be replaced. Portland Oregon is a great city and the fashion really needs to catch up.

Not so great

Would not be my first choice. Sometimes you get good service and sometimes not. Sometimes there is variety and sometimes not. Its a good place to buy cosmetics because they have a good selection but that doesn't neccesarily mean you always get good service. There are some people I really like and will be loyal to forever but there are some people who I would rather never see again and I don't understand how they can be working for a 'customer service" store.

watch out for the men department!!

I usually love Nordstroms and shop there often- my fiance and I went in today looking for a suit- not only did all 6 of the employees in the mens department ignore us but then when we asked for help picking out a suit they completely ignored us, as if to turn their nosies up at us! They were very rude and we left right away- We instead took our business else where; I highly recommend Damian at SAKS mens department- thats where we went to buy my fiances Armani suit instead!!

They have it all!

I love shopping at Nordstroms becuase it is a one stop shop. They have variety in clothing, great shoes, makeup, and jewelry. I find that when I go to the mall I spend all my time in Nordstroms.
