Good Horse People with Good Horse Stuff

I work near the Portland Outdoor Store, and often stop by just to check out the tack and cool cowboy boots, and to talk to Eric, The Portland Store's resident horseman. The guys at the Outdoor Store are good people, who know a lot about horses. They have beautiful saddles and lots of good stuff.
Pros: Interesting location, Nice selection , Smart staff
Cons: prices aren't cheap, but help is worth it.
