sales rep acted totally bored and disinterested. attitude seemed to be, buy something or get out.

this is the most expensive place in portland to buy precious metals.

Awful Service.

I went into this jewelry shop yesterday looking for a ring setting. The first gentleman who attempted to assist me seemed hurried and passed me off onto another gentleman as he raced out of the store on his cell phone. The second gentleman didn't seem very interested in helping me as he answered his PDA while I was trying to ask him a few questions about the ring settings they had available. I was snapped at when I could not answer a technical jewelery question and all of a sudden, there were no settings for me to view. The service was sloppy, the employees were rude and overall was a horrible experience and I would not recommend this establishment to anyone.

• Cons: Horrible service, bad selection.
