very nice owner and employees. great merchandise. expensive but worth it if you're into spending money for nice undies! the only negative side is that they have a very detailed return policy that is not displayed anywhere until you see it on the bottom of YOUR RECEIPT! after youve paid, you see that you cannot ever get your money back. they do allow store credit SOMETIMES according to certain criteria, but even so, it expires after 3 months. shop here for great merchandise but KNOW WHAT YOURE OUT IN THE CASH DEPARTMENT. i did suggest to an employee to post the return info at the register, she said she would discuss it with the owner; still no sign. sidenote - keep their return policy in mind when buying gifts!

The ladies at Jane's are very friendly and helpful. I felt like they were knowledgable about their product and were very good at helping me find a gift for my wife. The selection here is a bit thin, but of a very high quality. This is a great place to go for something special. Make sure you know what you want when you shop here. All of the products are very expensive, which I expected because of the nature of the products. Everything is of fine quality and imported from Europe. They do not allow refunds at Jane's. Only store credit which expires after 3 months. They don't really offer this information up front.
Pros: Very helpful staff, good location, high quality products
