The product is actually ok. They have some nice fabrics and the workmanship is pretty good, but for the price you can get a custom tailored name at Mario's. Be prepared to wait and wait and wait for your purchase. (They like to prepare you for this by telling you all the tailors are on holiday.) Also be prepared to smell dog when you walk into the store. They seem to be running a doggy daycare on the premises. Most importantly, review your garments thoroughly when you pick them up. They don't seem to catch obvious things like name misspellings on the jackets and they aren't willing to correct these errors either though they'll make promises all day long.
Pros: good selection of fabrics
Cons: fleas, price, service, turnaround time on custom tailored items, attention to detail

We went in and there were several customers inside already. They were being served wine, obviously very pampered. We were there for about 15 minutes and not one person made even an eye contact. I felt that they were watching us every time we touched something, but not one greeting or any offer to help. Their silent treatment was so complete, it was almost refreshing. Needless to say, they're not getting any of our business.

I have been a customer of Michael Allen's for years. Not only is the service the best in town but the suits and shirts are perfect. Mike goes the extra mile to make sure you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. I have tried the rest before finding Mike, trust me on this he is the best.
Pros: He can come to your office, or you can visit his store.

The staff at Michael Allen's never disappoint. Always there to help you select a great wardrobe. Just wish it was bigger and had more locations!

I have been wearing ready made suits for twenty some years now until recently when a friend turned me on to Michael Allen's. First off the price was less than the ready-mades and the fit is unbelievable. I got to pick my fabric and coat lining. The process made buying a new suit hands on experience and the suit looks great.
Pros: The staff is good looking

This place is wonderful. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. The clothes they carry in the store are unusual and nice, but the custom service is what made my experience great. My husband and I came out to look at getting a suit and maybe some shirts made. They poured us a nice glass of wine while we looked at fabrics, asked us some questions and took the measurements. Then I found out they made woman's clothing too! I will definately be coming back to take advantage of that. A few weeks later my husbands clothes were finished and they look fantastic. We had a wonderful experience.
