The product is actually ok. They have some nice fabrics and the workmanship is pretty good, but for the price you can get a custom tailored name at Mario's. Be prepared to wait and wait and wait for your purchase. (They like to prepare you for this by telling you all the tailors are on holiday.) Also be prepared to smell dog when you walk into the store. They seem to be running a doggy daycare on the premises. Most importantly, review your garments thoroughly when you pick them up. They don't seem to catch obvious things like name misspellings on the jackets and they aren't willing to correct these errors either though they'll make promises all day long.
Pros: good selection of fabrics
Cons: fleas, price, service, turnaround time on custom tailored items, attention to detail
