True, sometimes you get a bad apple, but others you get a really friendly and helpful employee who doesn't mind helping you make a $20 decision on some mundane bike park. I got a really sweet deal on a wheel set due to a sale, but you have to be careful. At least know that they have consistency and stock good stuff.
